Challenge Day 1
Day 1
It's Day 1! Enjoy your first workout, drink your Shakeology®, and let the transformation begin! And don't worry if the workouts seem difficult or hard to follow this first week, it usually takes at least one or two run-throughs to get used to new moves. Feel free to ask questions about your program here. We're happy to help show you modifications if you need that as well.
I just finished my first shake of the day. Weighed in at 115.6. Will take my pictures once I put some makeup on!

Day B4 10 Day Challenge
Tomorrow starts my first 10 day challenge group led by Coach Fran: TKK 10 Day Challenge August 2014. I need to take a pic today on an inhale (so I look fatter). :) I'm reading about the Refresh. Funny, I was doing it for Fran, and now she's not doing it. I decided against the Refresh for now. I'll do it after ChaLEAN. It's not recommended to do it during an exercise program. Safe for now!

Be sure to take your "before" photos and measurements today so as your transformation is under way, you can measure your changes against where you began. We know no one likes to document things about themselves that they want to change, but trust us, do it now, and you'll be thankful later. Plus, the "before" and "after" info is the only way you can enter the Beachbody Challenge™ Contest, get your FREE T-shirt, and a chance to win cash and prizes!
Some of you saw my before and after pics, so you know how important it is to have them for motivation! Pictures don't lie!!!

If you're doing the 3 Day Refresh, did you read through the booklet and figured out what you will be eating for the 3 days?
If you're doing PiYo or another program, do you have your workouts scheduled in the Supergym?
Have you checked the meal plan for your program and gone shopping and maybe even prepped some of your meals for this week? Taking an hour or two or three on a Sunday to prep your meals for the week will save you gobs of time and help you be prepared against grabbing the nearest snack or not so healthy fast food meal, so take the time to prep! Clean and cut up your fruits and veggies, put them into tupperware or ziplocs so meal prep will be a breeze.
Check out the Shakeology recipes that you want to try and have your ingredients ready to throw into the blender in the morning. I keep my fruit in the freezer.
Take those before pictures and measurements! You'll be glad you did!
Every day, post what workout you did, a picture of your Shakeology, your daily food journal and a motivational quote. Doesn't have to be all in one post. Encourage at least one person a day in this group! We are in this together!!!
I will give a prize to the most consistent person at the end of the 10 days!
